These terms and conditions of use constitute a legal agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and the “Producteurs de lait du Québec” (PLQ) regarding your access to this website, as well as any other product or service platforms, any other types of media, media channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications linked or otherwise connected, and your use of these elements (collectively, the “website”). If you continue to browse and use this site, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use (” terms”) and be bound by them. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with the PLQ concerning this site. If you do not agree with any of the terms of use, please do not use the site.
1. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
The PLQ website, as well as these terms of use, are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. These Terms of Use constitute a contract between the PLQ and you. In the event of a dispute, you acknowledge and agree that only the court of the judicial district of Longueuil located in the province of Québec, Canada, shall have jurisdiction.

The PLQ reserves the right to terminate the Terms of Use and/or your right to browse and use the website or any part of it, or its features, at any time, without cause and without notice, at its sole discretion.

8. Social Media Sharing
The PLQ website offers the use of social media extension modules for several social networks. If you choose to interact with a social network, your activity on our platforms will be accessible on the social networks you access. We inform you that these sites operate under their own terms of use and privacy policies. Please refer to them. If you are on a social network while visiting the PLQ website, the social network may add this information to your profile with your consent.
